Had my engine light turn on as I drove from Mississauga to Port Stanley to visit friends for the weekend. Contacted Elgin Chrysler to book an appointment. I was given the first appointment for Monday morning. Point of contact was Tony in the service department. He was friendly, polite professional and funny. My vehicle was serviced and I was able to drive home that afternoon.The service team at Elgin are absolutely amazing. 10/10 in every aspect.Thank you guys for getting me and my jeep home safely!!!!

I was quite happy with the service I received from Jason. He was helpful and prompt at looking after all our needs for a vehicle. However I was passed on to a junior person to finish the paperwork and introduce me to my vehicle. When I asked questions about some paperwork he didn’t know the answers. I was taken aback on the fact he knew NOTHING about the vehicle, from pairing my phone to the setting the clock, he sat their “googling the information. It also came with a remote start in which they had no idea how to work. I had to come home and you tube myself. I would suggest that they are better prepared I was very disappointed. Charlene Weber

As always, Tony went above and beyond. I didn't have an appointment, just stopped in as I was in the area. I needed some servicing done on my truck and he got my truck in as soon as possible. I was extremely happy as I live a half hour away and just took a chance by stopping in.
